A notable achievement for the ALMTech team was the delivery of the measurement technologies special edition in the discipline’s premier international journal Meat Science, published in collaboration with our New Zealand colleagues at AgResearch, led by Cameron Craigie. This special edition consisted of 21 papers, including 7 first authored by New Zealanders, 13 by Australian ALMTech scientists, and a summary paper written by Dr Paul Allen
